Egg tray machine is a special equipment for the production of pulp molding products such as egg trays and bottle trays. Its development and development are successful in order to solve the carton packaging and transportation problems of fragile items such as poultry eggs, bottled beer or other bottled beverages, bottled medical or chemical preparations.
1. Pulping system
(1) Put the raw materials into the pulper, add an appropriate amount of water for a long time to stir the waste paper into pulp, and store it in the pulp tank.
(2) Put the pulp in the pulp tank into the pulp tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the pulp tank, further stir and adjust to the suitable pulp, and put it into the feeding tank for the molding system.
Equipment used: pulping machine, homogenizer, slurry pump, vibrating screen, pulp crusher.
2. Molding system
(1) The pulp in the feeding tank is supplied to the molding machine and absorbed by the vacuum system. The mold on the molding equipment will leave the pulp on the mold, suck out the white water and send it back to the pool through the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold adsorption, the transfer mold is blown out by the positive pressure of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the rotating mold, and sent out by the rotating mold.
Equipment used: molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, vacuum tank, water pump, air compressor, mold cleaning machine.
3. Drying system
(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly with sunlight and natural wind.
(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, heat source can choose natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and so on.
(3) New multi-layer drying line: the 6-layer metal drying line saves more than 30% of energy than the transmission drying. The main heat sources are natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol, etc.
