It is one of the drilling equipment which mainly uses diamond and carbide drilling and can meet the requirements of multi-function drilling such as rope core drilling and top drive drilling.
1. Full hydraulic drive, steel track walking, combined mast, power engine, main and auxiliary hoist, mud pump and other integrated layout, compact structure, centralized control flexible and convenient.
2. The hydraulic system adopts pilot control, load sensing, electric and hydraulic proportional joint centralized operation control, and the support device can be selected.
3. The power head feed and lift adopts cylinder chain double speed structure, lifting force reaches 295kN, feeding force reaches 152kN.
4. The rotation of the power head spindle is driven by double motors, supplemented by a three-speed mechanical transmission, and the maximum output torque of the spindle reaches 7200N.m (170 rpm), and effectively meets the construction requirements of high speed and large torque.
5. The power head adopts hydraulic motor rack translation device to make the main shaft deviate from the hole, which is convenient for the construction of rope coring and other machinery.
6. The front end of the mast is equipped with a clamping shackle, which is convenient for the operation of the drill pipe, reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the work efficiency.
7. The upper and lower workbench is convenient for the operator to operate.
8. The orifice is equipped with a hydraulic clamp and a positioner.
